I had a great experience. I walked in went to the first counter I saw to check in and this wonderful, pleasant and helpful woman assisted me I where I needed to go with full explanation with such a cheerful personality. I was blown away on both sides of their care unit they have keurigs for coffee and tea. And comes around with snacks. FREE. I Needed to go there for drug test for new job. I did not wait that long as well, as least it didn't seem like it. Medical staff was great. I wish I got that pleasant women's name.
Waited over 4 hours to be seen because "they lost the paperwork " and according to their computer, I had only been there 20 minutes. The nurse apologized but said there was nothing she could do, there were people ahead of me based off the computer time.... Worst service ever.
This place was terrible! Making patients wait 3-5 hours to be seen is not right. On Monday, I had a 7pm appointment just to find out if I sprained my foot or if it was fractured. I was put into a private room at 7:10pm and wasn't seen by a doctor until after 10pm. Other patients were coming out of their rooms complaining about the wait and how cold the rooms were. The staff are nice and all but it is bullshit that it takes a few hours to be seen by a doctor with an appointment!!!
Was not happy with the treatment i received. The dr. Was unsure how to treat mt spained ankle.
Came here for a sprained ankle got screwed with their recommendations (I am a CNA) he put me on light duty (there is no light duty in rehabilitation centers). I came in for my follow up for 12:30 (I had an actual appointment) and was told I have a 5 hour wait! What's the point of having appointment times?
