Unorganized horrible customer service ... They tell u after 3 hours that your next to be called when 17 more people went before your called... Oops sorry now it's 18........and 19 now.... Commin up on hour 4...... Btw I'm also in a lot of pain from a severe car crash.... This place is just so... Umm... Ya...
Beware doctors lie! If going for workmans comp. they always make sure you will get screwed! Beware this is the worst place to go if you want professional treatment! Better of having a guy on street corner treat you! Don't go hear unless you want to spend your whole day waiting also!!
Everytime I go to this place it takes 3 hrs for them to call me in..once inside the office they keep me waiting for at least 30 xtra minutes.. when the Dr.finally decides to show up is just for 5 or 10 minutes.then goes out again,tells me to wait in the room another 10 minutes... When he returns is just to say to go to the check out room which means another minutes just waiting for the next appointment..it sucks.. You spend more time in the freaking waiting room than with the Dr.
I don't know about the bad reviews, but my experience was good. I checked in with a cut finger and they took me back within 5 mins. They cleaned my cut, numbed it and gave me stitches. I was done within 20-30 mins.
This place has some very unethical methods of treating people.
