We were there for 3 hours and the lady was very rude when I asked why..smh they also lost paperwork and it had to be done over..very horrible service.. Never again�
I was seen in a reasonable amount of time considering the workload they had. I felt like I received everything I needed from my visit. Haven't received billing yet, so I can't comment on that piece.
Had a good experience friendly staff and Dr Devlin was very informative

Leon was funny and nice ,what a really Kool doctor he should Primary Care doctor.The lady's up front where REALLY SWEETand NICE.
I left after 1.5 hours of waiting for a DOT physical and being told it would be another 2 hours. Go back a different day, and they had signed off on my 2 year physical 1.5 hours after I left, despite my not being there and my never having had a 2 year card due to blood pressure. I will not go back unless an employer forces me to, and I will make my concerns known.
Not only was I disappointed that their rates have gone up for a DOT physical, but they only certified me for one year. They *claim* that they need to monitor my HIV status even though it's NEVER been an issue in my 15 years of driving. They state that it's a DOT thing, but I think it's just an arbitrary decision to get me to come back in one year and fork over another $89. Guess what? I'm never going back. Bwa ha ha ha ha!
Sad while we have been here it appears it is more a social hour than anything. People behind the desk are too busy talking about their personal lives and cussing instead of entering patients and doing their jobs.
