I represented a tenant in leasing a commercial unit on Biscayne Boulevard managed by Comras Company of Florida. The leasing process with their agent was smooth and professional. Unfortunately, my experience collecting the agreed-upon compensation has been very different. The remaining half of my commission is now more than a month overdue. Called 3 times to get information about the rules and regulations of a sign install for an address. left vm, nothing. Called and tried the leasing department, talked to a lady named Tamara who said they had nothing to do with it and hung up on me. Seems if they are leasing, they would know this and not some owner in Canada!
