They are very nice, got the work done quickly and effectively
With a quick phone call, they got me in and worked on my phone's screen upon arrival with no wait. All was swell until we discovered 2 other major and rare problems once the phone was open. The staff were dedicated to fixing my phone and actually organized special parts runs with local connections to get the OEM specialty parts needed for an expedited repair. They went above and beyond my expectations while being courteous the whole time.
Needed my cracked iPhone screen fixed ASAP, took it here and it took him maybe 10 minutes to repair it. He was funny and very helpful. Prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend!!!!

I went in this store the other day to see if they could fix my iPhone 6. The screen was shattered. Not only did they fix immediately, they put tempered glass on three of my phones at no charge and discounted three cases for me. I will never go anywhere else for my cell phone repairs. The service was incredible and they are so friendly. These folks know the true meaning of customer service!
Chris was wonderful to work with. He addressed my problem and executed the best solution. I am very pleased with the entire transaction. I will fervently recommend CPR and specifically the Crestwood location to all my friends and family should they be in the unfortunate situation where they need technical assistance with their phone or other electronic devices.
