My 4 year Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Tablet needed a new battery. I dropped it off on Saturday and CPR called me on the following Thursday and it was ready. Excellent customer service. The even reassured me that if the battery was "not the problem to bring it back and they would see what they could do". I will be recommending CPR to all.
I feel like if you work at a phone repair shop & sell me a used iPhone that I’m able to use for 8 months then I all of a sudden get my phone turned off by AT&T (bc the manager/lead tech owes a bill on the phone) he would wanna reach out to me but nope I’ve tried to contact several times and I have gotten nothing! I guess I’m out of a phone! I will highly recommend people NOT to go to this place.
Kurt (Curt?) did a great job and was funny and so nice. We actually had fun having a battery replaced. Love it when people make their jobs fun! Thank you!!
