Cracked my iPhone 6 screen and it took literally 10 minutes to have them fix it. I did call ahead and let them know I was coming so that would be my only tip if you are looking for a repair.

You guys rock! Cracked my iPad screen and took it to these guys because they are in the plaza where my shop is. First, the screen didn't work, nor did the second or third. But left happy with a working iPad, thanks to Chris the manager!
I cracked my screen on my new black Samsung Galaxy S7 phone and CPR Crestwood and Manchester were the only stores in the area that could replace my screen. Chris, the lead technician, was extremely helpful, friendly, and reasonable with pricing. It only took an hour, and they even walked me through each step in the process of getting my phone to work properly again. The staff was knowledgeable, and although I hope I don't have to see them again soon, I will definitely return with future problems!
