Trade in my old HP/XP Jay offered me a diagnostic and repair, but considering the age of the unit, we decided that a reconditioned would be the wise choice, so easy and simple.

Greatest group of people Mark went above and beyond to help me out. I thought I was going to have to do some heavy repairs but Mark figured things out with no problem. And when I asked questions he explained things to be very clearly. When he didn't know the answer he took the time to find the answer, whether asking someone else or doing research.I'll be back again and again for sure.
