Eman and Mety are personable. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Eman, especially, was very informative in breaking down the details of why it was not functioning. The price was reasonable considering that the extended problems with my pc. I was able to leave it at the shop and pick it up 2 days later. They have a good sense of humor and they gave me extra appreciation applications on my PC as well. I appreciate them both and I definitely recommend them to any of your pc or laptop needs.
