I had a terrible experience at PCTech Computer Repair when I took my MacBook Pro in for a screen replacement. After the repair, I was hopeful, but shortly after getting it back (and barely using it), the screen started to fail again. When I reached out for assistance, the owner shifted the blame to supposed "physical damage," which is completely untrue. The customer service was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. I read the reviews before visiting PC TECH COMPUTER REPAIR and the reviews were right! I am truly grateful to Eman for his incredible skill and for his upfront, honest and fair pricing policies. During my two visits there was a steady stream of customers some picking up and some new with a wide array of problems.
