This place was great! I called in to see if they could help me install a new nvme SSD drive into my PC. I brought the PC in same day and Eman was able to fix it in a couple of hours. Great service and friendly staff. Will for sure be going back for any PC repair needs.
Eman is my HERO! the HDD in my custom PC was very outdated and my startup time would average about 10 minutes. I was too nervous to buy the parts & upgrade it alone, but Eman had every part needed, diagnosed the problem with ease, and he even went the extra mile to reassemble the other parts! (Apparently my ex did not put it together too well LOL. But who needs him now? I sure don't!). Now my startup time is less than 45 seconds!!! Very professional and very reasonable pricing, too! Had a problem with my laptop. Not the first time. And not the first time Eman solved it and had it ready in two hours. Every business owner should be as honest, clear and professional. Was initially surprised when I saw a minimum charge of $75 to inspect and analyze my nonfunctional pc, but after seeing the care and attention to detail that Eman and the employee took with my pc, it was well worth it. They helped me identify what was wrong with my pc and were very transparent with their costs and options to fix my pc. They went and thoroughly identified which parts were still functional while they worked to identify what was stopping my pc from running.
