Excellent Customer Service - Quick Turn Around Time. – I'm kind of whiz with computers, I know enough to get around and probably do my own repairs if I had the tools or the time. I own an Dell B130 series, and it's an old laptop but it still operates newer windows OS. Saved my Day on MLK – I had a big project to do for school. I needed my laptop on Martin Luther King Jr. day in order to write my reports and what not. My mom told me that I should get my report done early so I could go out with my friends later. Well, I procrastinated as usual, but around 12 in the afternoon, my laptop literally DIED!!! I called around to see who was open on the holidays and the only people that picked up the phone was laptop Medic. They were GREAT, they got my computer up and running the same day. TY

Same day service - free stuff – My Dell laptop died yesterday. Now im no idiot when it comes to computers but im no geeksquad employee either. When i turned on my computer yesterday morning, all I got was a blank screen. NOTHING WOULD COME UP. I called dell and they told me that the computer isnt reading my harddrive. Best – I spent an entire day calling computer places hoping to find someone who could fix my broken DC jack on my laptop. I was so relieved when I finally called LaptopMD. Not only were they able to fix my computer for an extremely reasonable price, but the friendly staff was informative and showed me ways to clean up the computer to increase its operational speed. Best computer service manhattan – Been with this company for years now. They have always been there for us when we needed them (even when we call at 6am), and have gotten us out more jams/disasters than we care to remember. Easy to deal with, very trustworthy, and they have more than reasonable prices. Wouldn't use anyone else.
Fast data recovery service – My heart almost stopped when one of my hard drives burned out with all the data on it. That was a big disaster for my home business. I took my computer to three different places including BestBuy, none of them was able to recover the data, but LaptopMD were very different in the minute I walked in; they were very professional, and very understanding. WORST. PLACE. EVER. – So shady. These guys realize that people cannot live without their computers and take full advantage. They will charge whatever they think they can get away with. Quick service apparently equals prices completely disconnected from cost of part. Go somewhere else. Please
