Laptop meltdown – So I work in finance (save your boos later LOL) and the firm issued us some IBM thinkpads with the thumbprint security. It's a reliable but low tech laptop. They got it right – I just needed something basic done - replace the LCD screen. It was definitely more expensive than I was hoping to pay but that was the cheapest market rate I could find. Their office was a bit sketchy...only a bit...but they did a perfect job and did it quickly.
Great Value For Next Day Service – My comp died in the middle of a workday last week, I think it was a tuesday. I needed my computer ASAP because I had important documents awaiting submission. My boss was on my tail because I didn't back up my data. Well, I brought it in and not only did they get me up and running in a couple hours, they backed up my data too on a DVD. Thanks guys
Great Service, Next Day Turn Around – My daughter and I were working on a paper together. She was about to save her document when she spilled some water on the comp. Highly Recommeded Technicians – Take it from a native New Yorker, it always seems like EVERYONE is out to get you. HONEST, same day service with a smile – So I was working on my laptop on Saturday and all the sudden I got the "blue screen of death." It's the screen that pops up when you try to turn on your computer, but windows won't start. Same Day Service with a smile – I bought my laptop last year, and my screen went blank. Nothing came up. The computer was running and I could plug my computer into a monitor and it would work, but the screen was just DEAD. I called Best Buy and found out the warranty JUST EXPIRED. Really honest guys. Friendly service – A lot of times you go to these computer laptop repair places and they feel like car mechanics? It's like technicians and specialists are always trying too upsell you something because they don't think you know what's going on. These guys were really friendly though. I brought in a friend of mine that's a tech geek and they were really square about my harddrive being corrupted. Excellent Service True customer satisfaction – I have had several friends recommend this company and on their experience I thought I would try them, My experience was Great. I brought in my daughters Toshiba 9000 tecra and it was old but she cherished it. It just stopped working. The guys there worked on it for several days to rebuild and restore it while saving the documents and folders.
