I had an ethernet issue on my Imac that was impacting a project I am working on. Tom not only took the time to look at the Imac immediately, he had it fixed within 20 minutes. I highly recommend them!
Had to get my computer serviced after getting account information compromised. I was new to the area as a college student and school was starting in 2 days. They said there was a wait list of computers before mine, but they were amazing! I got my computer back the next day. Definitely recommend them.

This shop is a legit backbone of the mall, and that kind of longevity isn’t an accident. I completely obliterated the back of my iPhone, like glass-confetti level destruction, and they brought it back from the dead for a price that was more than fair. People whining about $225 for a fix need to remember they’re paying for skill, speed, and not having to ship their phone to who-knows-where for a week.
