The older African American guy that runs the place tried to ask me out when I bought a used computer from him and then refused to honor his warranty when it crashed 3 weeks later. The guy is a total creep, do not shop there. There were people in there screaming at him about the junk he's selling while I was there trying to get him to honor his warranty. What a nightmare.
Excellent Service and Knowledgable Technicians – Computer Annex USA, located on 115 N. Mountain Ave., in Ontario, California is a full service computers and electronics discount store. The Staff are very knowledgable in their business and they provide excellent customer service. I contracted a virus in my computer and it took them less than 36 hours to fix the problem and return my computer to me. My computer is now in excellent working condition. Thank you guys!!! Strongly recommended for any computer repairs and services.

Great Deals and Great service – Computerannexusa is the place to go. I had bought a laptop computer from Frys electronics. The latest sony i7 laptop with windows 7 and everything. A few weeks after my perchuse it wasent working right unable to connet to the internet consistently. Stay Away before you get ripped off! – First off let me say that the person who left that great review on this account is actually the owners son! Go into the store on the weekend and you will see him there. He has about a million children. Anyway I purchased a computer there and was totally ripped off. I was lied to about the year of the computer and I paid over $700 for a 4 year old computer! Commendable service great prices – I have nothing else to say but that the previous two reviews were untrue. I have been using computer annex as a refrence to my networking clients and am a regular costomer myself. they have a great selection and are more thtan happy to advise you over the phone. They also have refurbised laptops starting at 149.00!!! yes 149.00!! and they do have refurbished laptops w/ wifi for 179.00 with dvd and cd combo drives. Very Horrible...... – Just to make is simple on all of you going to Computer Annex. It would be worth the 20 more minutes to drive out to Frys Electronics. I thought it was very inprofessional that one person might have been a manager or owner comes out as I'm looking around and he did not realize I was there. Horrible service, policy and prices. – I heard about this company on a local broadcasting show that recommended it, so i went and took a look at their physical store. I saw a new laptop that interested me and bought it. I thought the deal was great until I found out that the manufacturer had a new model in the market that was better in every way and cheaper.
