Provide at least an attempt to fix the problem. I even was willing to pay for a computer tech to come to my home and set everything up.

it was a little more than 2 years ago when I brought my cpu into your shop to have it repaired, you had it for 3 days, the police were called 3 times, you held my hard drive hostage but the police finally go it back for me, you did not do any of the work that is stated on the invoice that you charged me $149.99, which I paid before getting my cpu back and that was my mistake, and I don't believe you will ever refund my money to me so I hope you choke on it, as far as I am concerned you are liar, a scam artist and a lousy bus... read more

Me and my business partners came in looking for a mac lap top and with their great deals, quick no credit check, I was able to get a $1600 in-store credit from Mr Bede, and Ada and Zack. We left with a great Mac PRO, 50' TV and an IPhone 6s.

Very good service. I bought a computer. I did not check it to see it it worked. Two weeks later I powered it up and nothing. I went back to Computer Annex and "no questions asked they replace it with a better model that worked. Thanks Computer Annex. Ron
