I wish there was zero stars. I brought my Lenovo laptop in and they said they could fix it before I went on vacation. The day o went on vacation they tell me they can’t fix it. I wasted my time, my money and now in left without a laptop to work. I suddenly am told that I have to pay a $55 diagnostic fee which I was not told about. They hide that fee from you and then still made me pay it even though they couldn’t fix or DIAGNOSE my laptop. Stay away from these thieves!!!
