I would like to give comprehensive Urology and all of its officers five out of five star review, especially the Novi office at the Novi office. Went in for a kidney stone. You wait over an hour to get seen and when they see you it seems like you are just a product. Obviously it took Doctor O'Connor 5 minutes send me home, bearley any explanation. Reception ladies terrible attitude... I would go somewhere else.
Dr. Johnson never explained the procedure to me. Just said he was going to do a procedure and remove the kidney stone. I received a brochure in the mail a few days before my surgery. Had no idea I was having laser surgery. I had to go to emergency and was admitted to the hospital for 5 days because he cut my ureter. He never called after the surgery to see how I was doing. When I called the office the girls who answered the phone told me that it was normal to bleed for 5 days instead of transferring me to a doctor. This has ... read more
