Great doctors, but I am not happy with the procedure appointment desk. I can't get through (I get an automated voice messaging system) and I can not get them to return my call (I have left so many messages I lost count). I know my procedure has been approved by my insurance for weeks now. I'm extremely frustrated and looks like I will have to physically go in just to make my appointment. On the up side, my doctors are FANTASTIC, but when you can't get through to make the appointments to see them, it doesn't really matter.
It's not right that Dr nivi is to busy to see you because she's so busy with all the professional people!it's all about paying her bills!momey!money! I hated it
