I have been coming to Dr. Li for 2 years and I have to say he is wonderful he and his office has been. He is compassionate to my situation and my feelings. He takes his time when I have appointments with him and I just want to say Thank you.
I was referred to this clinic by my W/C lawyer. I was told to come for 1pm appt and to show up 30 mins prior for paperwork. I came promptly at 12:30 given a huge pile of paperwork to fill out and put into a room. by 1:35 I had then been in the room for an hour with no person checking on me or anything. By 1:45 I went out to the front desk told them loudly and very upset that I would be in the front waiting room where I could see other people, drink water and watch Tv. Fortunately each time I went I was walking with a warm smile and how is your day mr. Johnson doctors explained everything well didn't like the procedure still going through pain but at least they go beyond to help
The staff is very professional, kind and makes you feel welcomed. Short wait time.
This place and the Dr's are pathetic. Especially that Indian Dr. She was rude and very unprofessional... I was so pissed off at them.... absolutely the worst place to get medical help at. She's the XXXX in the middle of this picture. I forget her name and wouldn't give a rats XXX if I don't ever remember her name. Don't give a XXXX or one iota about this medical practice. I should of filed a complaint and reported her XXX. to the California Medical Board. I still might do that
I am treated very well by the medical personnel and the office.
Clark Bishop. What a great, country doctor type!! He takes his time, talks with you cares, and answers all questions you have!! He went over every part of my MRI! Broke it down in regular folks language! Not doctors vocabulary. Very down to earth and persistent to get you the treatments you need! .
