Terrible experience! The staff look and act like they are so miserable to be there let alone care for the actual patients. If you go to comprehensive healthcare, be concise with asking questions and clarifying because they do not want to help you, leading to a constant cycle of uncertainty with their business. They are just there for the paycheck.
I was unable to get services due to them not being in my insurances approved network or providers.
Comprehensive Healthcare is a great community resource here in the Tri-Cities. Their Youth Recovery Coordinator, Rene Carrillo Avila, has an incredible gift for connecting with youth in a nonjudgmental way that makes them feel heard and respected. I generally love comprehensive health care, they've helped me get treatment and meds. But this office needs a better front desk lady, she's rude and doesn't know how some aspects of this organization work. I had been trying to get a specific treatment plan here but the desk lady kept telling me that they don't do that and was talking loudly about personal information in a negative way. I'm just glad that the Sunnyside office was more helpful and got my treatment plan done with some extra stuff I didn't think about.
Make sure to be very clear and ask questions with the team. I had a bill through them and when trying to call their billing number i would constantly be sent to voicemail. Finally i went in and was told i had no bill so i left the issue alone. The lady in the front office with the long black hair failed to mention it was sent to collections.
