This place can make things much worse, terrible experience, they need to keep religion from therapy visit and focus on why the person is there, very unprofessional young Hispanic man, I would give a minus 3 on rating if I could, keep asking for a different counselor and they won’t do it even when they are breaking laws, Chapter 18.19 RCW Counselors
Morning! I came to the office for a walk in and they dont have open appointments until 4 hours, and theres no guaranty that ill be seen by a doctor available to see me, I have to stay here waiting for an opportunity to be seen, because I can be the whole week here waiting ad not been seen. These office is not making appointments to a new people because the first appointment needs to be a waking. these is ridiculous and also is not ok. Terrible experience! The staff look and act like they are so miserable to be there let alone care for the actual patients. If you go to comprehensive healthcare, be concise with asking questions and clarifying because they do not want to help you, leading to a constant cycle of uncertainty with their business. They are just there for the paycheck.
I was unable to get services due to them not being in my insurances approved network or providers.
Comprehensive Healthcare is a great community resource here in the Tri-Cities. Their Youth Recovery Coordinator, Rene Carrillo Avila, has an incredible gift for connecting with youth in a nonjudgmental way that makes them feel heard and respected.
