My doctor forgot what I was there for ( after going monthly for 1 1/2 years). Bit unsettling.

RecommendedI receive cancer infusions at CBCC, yesterday the head of nursing, Tina Haas, was visiting a patient sitting near me. I saw how she held the hand of the patient while speaking to him and she led him in a short prayer for peace in his journey. She was so comforting to him. It impresses me so much that the staff here are willing to hug us and come to where we are and help us with what we need. they are very other centered and I am grateful for the care that I am receiving there. Doctor Cartmell is totally awesome so caring and thoughtful. If all doctors were like him, it would be a better world for patients. his medical assistants are always friendly and helpful.
Great people who work there. They make you as comfortable as you can. Very fast service and procedures. Not one issue so far as I go through treatments
This place has amazing doctors and staff, however their time management is horrible... They will give you an appointment at 9 and not see you until 11, which is ridiclous! They didn't used to be like this I think maybe they need to open another branch because this one seems to be getting more patients than the staff can handle... Which equates to unhappy patients and over worked employees. Neither is good!
