Great experience overall
I got an ipad with an ADM lock by the company and I showed up in person to have it removed but the I.T. guy was in a meeting. He said he’ll call me but never did and I’ve been calling them for 2 months now and not 1 person has answered the phone. I live 2 hours away from them and can’t afford the gas to drive down there every day so they waste peoples time and money, I HIGHLY dont recommend this place! Plus theres already more bad reviews on here than good.
Ruthie Gutierrez talks to people super rudely, so I wouldn’t be surprised if she talks to her clients rudely. Wouldn’t recommend this location for people looking for help.
