My experience with the staff this week I view as very favorable. From the staff that greeted me to my dental hygienist, Beth, and my dentist, Dr. Ambrose, they were friendly and professional. I will be returning in April for problems with two cavities and a chipped tooth but I am pleased they are helping me retain my teeth as long as possible.
My last visit (30 March) to get my teeth cleaned went great as always. Mrs. Ruth has been cleaning my teeth for years and she has always done a great job. I'm going to miss her, my husband has orders to Camp Pendleton and I will be looking for a new dentist.
Everything was fine ... Nurse, hygienist .. ?? Was very nice. Even better that nothing was in need of urgent care :)

Loved Dr Ambrose and the hygienists. Very thorough. Not pushy. Make you feel like family.
It will take take some getting used to but the new place is filled with the same incredible staff.
From walking in the door until we exited, we had the total attention of the office staff. Front desk check in was smooth; cleaning of teeth very professional. Jennifer took time to take a picture & explain why special attention would be focused on a certain tooth. Dr Covert throughly examined my mouth and explained why a chipped tooth needed restoring, not sanding or polishing. The care was worth the trip from Southport! Keep up the excellent care!
