Been going to the practice for the last 8 years. I have a pleasant experience every time.
I love how the facility is clean and the decor appealing! The staff members are all friendly and always has an inviting smile. My experience with Ms. Ruth is always the best! She cleans my teeth gentle enough to put a smile on my face! I'm sure every hygienist is wonderful at what they do but I have to stick with Ms. Ruth since she has been my hygienist from day one.
I really enjoyed having my teeth cleaned for the first time ever. Beth was excellent at her job and very informative about how I should continue to clean and care for my teeth. She was very personable and really had a great time there. Dr. Ambrose (Andrew) was also very good and informative too. I felt the most comfortable as I ever had at any dentist office visit I have ever been too. Beautiful office and all the staff are so nice, Beth is so gentle and friendly and kind, Thanks for everything.
It is always so reassuring to have my check-up at this office. There are continuous upgrades ; they are always up on the latest technology, yet still have good old "Southern charm." There is a cooperative spirit that can be felt - great atmosphere! I have enjoyed being a patient here. The hygienists and physicians are excellent.
Staff was professional. Highly recommend to all and I will be recommending tony family and friends.
Un-oh! I've been coming to Dr Bell and staff for over 22 years and have always had excellent service. Yesterday was the exception. Arrived at 8:55 for 9:00 appointment for teeth cleaning. Was called for X-rays (standup) about 9:30, got to treatment room five minutes later and had more X-rays (in chair). Beth arrived about 10 minutes later and did her usual excellent cleaning in about 20 minutes. Then i waited in excess of 30 minutes for a dentist to do the dental checkup.
