Front desk was unprofessional...talked to me while holding the phone to her ear, 3 other front desk workers there...how come none of them could talk to me when I walked in? Front desk clerk was very un-cordial and stand-offish...would not explain anything to me...I had to ASK for EVERYTHING, i.e. Do you want my paperwork? Do you want me to wait? Do you need my ID? ....clerk didn't tell me to have a seat, I stood at the desk for a while after she took my paperwork,after she made me feel embarrassed for standing there I sat do... read more

I arrived about 10 mins before 8 a.m. and was taken to the rear and was out of the back about 9:1 . Dr. Ambrose was great and his assistant and the Coastal student were as wel . This is one of the most comfortable visits to a dentist office I have ever had. Thanks for your service .
I felt very welcomed when I first walked in. The facility was very up kept and the staff was very friendly. The dentist and their staff was very good and they explained everything to me
I can't say enough about my dentist office yall are the best would not ever go anywhere else even if I move out of state, I will come back! Yall made my husband want to go to the dentist and on that note yall are THE BEST!!!!
Yall have done a superb job every time i come..every nurse..or dentist...all of you have made sure i was good to go...making sure i understood since im deaf...taking time to explain or answer questions....all around stars in my opinion..keep up the excellent job...
Staff check-in service was so fast (as always) that I didn't have enough time to make/try the new single cup coffee dispenser in the lobby. LOL!
Friendly atmosphere with people who really seem to care! Very professional and take time to answer questions!
