Make sure to cancel your yearly membership. You would need to send to cancellations@compliancedepot.com with the vendor ID: in subject. These guys are the worst!

Is there a review for 0 stars. Can't stand this company!!! Every time I try to enroll for a property management company it is beyond frustrating. Can barely understand customer service. If new companies call with compliance depot I now turn them down!

Horrible experience. As a vendor, we are required to use compliance depot, required to pay compliance depot to use their services, then treated horribly from customer service aspects. They have no organization with the company and tracking/submission/communication regarding account specifics is a mess. Held hostage. If you have other industries to serve other than multifamily or work with property management, please do! Run away from Compliance Depot!

For 2 months we have been trying to enroll into Compliance Depot due to Property Management Groups that require it. So far we have submitted our COI with well over the coverage twice now. W-9 we submitted 3 times. I keep getting an email to submit there 2 items to be compliant with them. Not only is this a hassle, we paid upfront for the membership(which is required), we are losing out on opportunities to generate revenue due to their lack of staff understanding a simple COI and W-9.
