If you can, avoid them at all costs. They drive insurance costs up, have horrible customer service and will charge your credit card without your approval among other things. We dropped both of our large apt contracts simply to avoid another year of playing their games. Horrible business.

In my entire adult life of 50 years, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with because the issue was simple. It dealt with a Form W-9. When in fact that was not the issue at all. We were approved by email from Compliance Depot on August 29, 2019. There was something else. Four calls were made to Complaince Depot after August 29, 2019, because we were not being paid by our customer. Complete waste of time and money, I signed up with compliance depo and payed them, sent all my papers, every other day they would say we just need 1 more document sent everything the first time, I was told something different every time lost my contract with apartment company because of compliance depo, I said cancel and I want my money back 10 times, they don't return money,,,,,,

I dread insurance renewal time because that means I have to deal with Compliance Depot. We have some account that takes 6 six month of calling to get them to understand we have fulfilled their requirement…..Here's a PSA….They came out with a Credentialing Key Program, you send your insurance documents directly to them and all your accounts are approved. I received an e-mail stating we were all approved but today I see many are not approved. Don't buy their snake oil! One vendor didn't like the name and address used. Really ... read more

Compliance Depot had a D- rating with the BBB and doesn't even deserve one star but that's the lowest I can give. This company needs to be shut down. Has anyone had their salary cut off because CD listed their company as incomplete or non compliant when their insurance was still in force and all other documents were in order? Anyone interested in doing a class action lawsuit?

Worst company ever. All they do is badger small companies like our's and we have to PAY them $100 for the inconvenience. It drives up our operating expenses for NO REASON. I wish that this company would BURN to the ground. They are annoying, and should be FREE to the vendors who do business with a company that uses Compliance Depot. Why should we have to pay for their business decision? Their work does not benefit us WHATSOEVER. I'm so fed up.

Deplorable operation. They profit off companies passing the buck to help in CYA behavior. Pray on small companies with their bloated contracts full of legalese and fine print. Stay away from them! And companies that contract with them. Bad news. They also go by RealPage. Another sign of an unscrupulous company

Zero Stars!!!! This is the biggest most bullcrap company ever! These people must just sit back and laugh all day long about the money they are basically stealing from their clients and the time they are wasting and the money they are stealing from the vendors looking to provide their client with a true service because they send you and your insurance agents on a wild goose chase trying to get the documentation they are requesting, that I can only assume they are making half the stuff up as they go. How do I choose o stars? First off I have no idea WTH these guys are asking for. My Liability insurance company agent has absolutely had it. My auto guy is frustrated even after making personal calls to them while I was in his office. I was told 4 times my insurance policies were not correct.
