By far the most difficult company I have ever had to work with. They are a check every box and see what sticks kind of company. With all these wonderful reviews it is shocking you are still in business POSTING AS MANY NEGATIVE STARS I CAN

I cannot say enough bad about Compliance Depot. In my entire life, whether as a professional or in my personal life, I have never dealt with any business as incompetent. Does not matter how many times you give them all the required paperwork. They never seen to have a record of it. I even told them they would not get another dime out of me until they put it in writing that they had received all my paperwork. Well, here we go again, waiting to get paid because these idiots don't do there job. Very frustrating. Wasted time on the phone, on hold. After 10 minutes on hold the music stops and ? Are you still connected? Does anyone really work there? My insurance people have actually talked to a live person, gave them what they needed and we're still not approved! Do not sign up for these people! Avoid them at all costs. If enough contractors refuse to work with them maybe the property management companies will drop them. Let's hope!

I wish I could do negative stars. Really the only way to review them accurately. The most incompetent people I have come across in a long time. Every year when renewing insurance certs, I have to constantly call and talk to some moron to get simple things changed. What should take 5 minutes takes 2-3 weeks to rectify. And it's the same issues every year since I registered with them almost 10 years ago. Not really sure how they are in business.

If you find a company that is more incompetent and useless than Compliance Depot, you win (or lose) because the IRS, DMV, and DOT, don't hold a candle to the these guys. Weeks to process simple COI's. Property management firms that have been approved for weeks all of a sudden become incomplete. Someone much smarter than myself came up with a way to create even more red tape and an entire industry that does not need to exist.

Are there any positive comments about this morons ??? I cannot believe how unprofessional this compliance depot B.S. is. They have been giving me head aches ever since they came out. What can be done ?? I've walked away on many jobs , but it seems like they're everywhere noe!! What can we do??

Most difficult company to deal with. Can't call anyone to ask questions. Constantly deny insurance Certs, because its not written correctly, but they won;t tell you what they need written. Cancel with them they are horrible.

Awful to deal with. Long hold times, the service reps are sullen, unhelpful, and don't really listen to what you need. Have to pay $99 for each client I deal with and they act like their doing me a big favor. Renewals are menacing and not easy to take care of. All in all, the worst of all the vendor vetting programs

The worst service ever. I work with several insurance compliance companies, and not one of them gets close to being as bad as Compliance Depot. They charge you card without authorization and refuse to address the issue. Customer service to solve problems is non existent.
