Horrible company - what a scam. Somehow they convince real estate management companies that they need this service - we've had to pay their $100 for 3 different companies now - all for small repairs to apartments - we're not doing this again. Oh, and make sure to unmark the auto-renewal box - I paid an extra year unnecessarily. Once again, we're doing a job with a company that uses Compliance Depot, and once again, I have to pay $100 for them to do nothing at all. Zero Stars!! What a terrible company to deal with. They charge each vendor $100 to do business with their clients. Then they make you submit COI's and endorsements repeatedly. My only guess is that they are doing this to make it seem as though they are protecting their clients, or finding things that aren't actually an issue, to begin with. This was thrown in our laps mid-bid on a large apartment project outside of ATL. So we contact this "Foreign Call Center disaster" and start the hell. Sent over the COI and the Auto coverage....wrong. Contacted both agents and had it sent again...wrong. Auto agent called me personally and said "I have no idea what the hell they are asking me for." 0 STARS. This is absolutely ridiculous! I have sent 4 copies of General liability and 3 freaking auto liability. on the auto I got so frustrated I had to get my agent to call them and find out WTH they are asking for. There is always some issue with all of them. Ive been sending these docs for years to vendors in the past and never had 1 issue. Its not worth it and I had a possibility of getting 2 more apartment complexes to do work at. they are unorganized as hell. One person doesnt know what the other is doing.

Zero stars -- absolutely impossible. asking for same documents over and OVER again. worst most useless entity ever created. what do they accomplish - other than taking people's money for nothing. Will not be doing business with clients who require this service

Same with me. 0 stars as well. Worst company to deal with. It's taken over 3 weeks and I have submitted paperwork and forms so many times I'm just sick of it. Will be doing the same. Will not be taking any new clients that work with this company.

This is a company you never want to have to deal with. You will have countless hour long conversations, be placed on hold for extreme periods of time, and never clear on the "compliance" because it differs from employee to employee. Expect for your pay to be delayed due to this company's disorganization and terrible process for suppliers.

Now here is a "service" no one asked for. Somehow we have managed to send COIs for years to hundreds of clients with very few issues and then here comes Compliance Depot, placing their lousy systems in the middle to collect a fee for basically nothing. The non-compliance email they sent me said a copy was also sent to another company I never heard of.
