Upon arrival lady with glasses and short black hair I believe her tag said Rochelle was too busy gossiping about her staff with another older white lady short hair who was on the other side of her did not acknowledge me until she turned around and saw I was standing there, not professional or ethical.
Kate is so caring and thorough I feel well taken care of.
Katherine was really nice and helpful, and took her time to explain things thoroughly. She was very friendly and I felt comfortable talking to her about everything. I did not feel rushed.

Other than the gazillion pages I have to sign every time I come in, I love this place! Maybe using iPads to click and auto sign forms would be nice.
I love Dr. Kelly however when I came in yesterday for my appointment I felt the check out process took longer than usual it was an older black lady with heavy accent who took about 20 minutes just to schedule my next office visit. I asked her question regarding my balances and she was not able to answer them. I was so frustrated as this never happens. I could not wait to get out of there. I called today and Jessica A in phones was able to answer my questions.
Brandi was patient and kind and caring.
They are an amazing group of professionals !
