The nurse practitioner Ms. Eppers was amazing. Her staff Berika and Daisy were very nice. Rochelle answered all my questions at checkout.
Evelyn, the ultrasonographer, was so good. She was gentle and explained a lot.
Great. Got answers. Assistant kept calling me sweetie or babe or something. First of all she is younger than me. Second, I found it unprofessional. And she could just call me by my first name. Please tell her to stop doing that.
Dr Beard is always friendly and professional as is her staff. The computers were down today and the wait was pretty long.
