Rochelle, was a delight to converse with at the front desk. She is extremely friendly and patient. Give this girl a raise or a promotion ! Kathleen, NP, was super patient and helped me feel very relieved after my visit with her. I will continue to be a loyal CWCC patient!

Excellent experience with Dr. Fountain and office staff.
I was under the impression that since the procedure I was having is routine and short, that the entire visit would be brief. However, my doctor's schedule was backed up (25min)and there wasn't any reference to this is that 2 women checking in at the desk were late (15 min or more) and still seen. That I double scheduled my time could be due to my naivety, however when I questioned the receptionist to determine time accuracy for appointments, I was told that times are honored.
I waited longer than expected but overall great.
I was upset when I got to check out personal reasons and I was taking out on the lady at check out but she was very patient and calmed me down, she had not finished her note but Jessica O quickly let me know she was reaching out to staff to get me scheduled in as soon as able. I was in a rush but before I could leave the parking lot she called me back to set my appts. Thank you for your kindness and prompt response in calling me back. I felt so much better after.
Everyone was amazingly kind.
It's frustrating to have a 10am appt and not be called back until 10:30. Understand things run late but this is more the norm than the exception here.
