Wonderful Clinic
Jessica Ortuno was very efficient at scheduling my appointments at check out and Michelle was amazing and made me feel at ease.
Very quick to attend. Excellent service and friendly staff.
I filled out 'all' of the new patient forms before coming in, but there was still another partially pre-filled form that I had to complete in-office, and the info had already been provided in other forms I would already completed. The front staff was refreshingly good. The new patient forms were thoroughly done, but it did not readily seem that either the medical assistant or doctor thoroughly reviewed them before seeing me. Very detailed visit all questions answered.
The front desk staff is always appealing and kind. Dr. Hardy is phenomenal doctor. My appointment went well with her. However, I had horrible experience with my nurse, TIffany, she was rude and demanding. As a patient, I was very uncomfortable to communicate with her, netherless being accompanied by her in the same room. This behavior should be addressed by Complete Woman's Care. Even with this unfortunate mishap, I would still recommend this location to potential clients.
Angelica Flores was great.
Was seen by doctor 40min late- I do understand that prior appointments might last longer though! Very friendly team, doctor put me at ease.
