Had to cancel service this month due to frequent outages. This would require the modem to be reset, which requires someone to be at home, which is not always possible. So smart home features were often out when I was away. Customer service was usually responsive and helpful and technicians were prompt. Unsurprisingly, billing was firm about their no proration policy, I argued, and had text evidence to support, that I had no service for the days prior to cancelation.
