Very happy with my experience with complete trailers. Brian was awesome, he took great care of my trailer and helped complete the warranty work needed. He even came in on his day off to allow me to pick up the trailer. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.
I bought a Diamond C equipment trailer from Complete Trailers of Texas. From the first inquiring phone call until the day I picked it up (trailer wasn’t even built yet) the service and experience was top notch. This is a new review, to replace my previous feedback of this company. When I was ready to purchase a new JimGlo trailer, the salesmen I did the transaction with did not represent this company well. I was given wrong information, communication was poor and ultimately I had to purchase a more expensive trailer, to get one that would work with my vehicle. I would like to say our sales person Tyler Hall did an outstanding job.. He kept in constant contact with us as we planned out trip m out to Texas to purchase the RV.. Tyler worked hard to make it as seamless of a purchase as possible. Unfortunately the dealership was not prepared to support us in staying in the RV at the dealership as had been planned.
