I worked with Brian to purchase our new Futura trailer. He made it a seamless process. It had to be ordered from California. Once it arrived, they contacted me for delivery. When I got to the dealership, everything was ready. They gave me a short class and we hooked it up. The only thing I wish I knew before hand was the requirement to torque the lug nuts at very specific intervals (10, 25, 50, and 100 miles). Had an emergency and needed D hooks installed in a trailer I bought called here and they got all 10 installed in the down pouring rain within an hour also very knowledgeable on everything trailer related
Great experience purchasing a Futura open car hauler from Complete Trailers! Also the customer service with Complete and Futura is top notch in getting spare parts and service questions answered.
Very happy with my experience with complete trailers. Brian was awesome, he took great care of my trailer and helped complete the warranty work needed. He even came in on his day off to allow me to pick up the trailer. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.
