I worked with Brett and his team to create a custom trailer that could not be duplicated by a stock trailer. Nothing super crazy but I had specific requirements due to vehicle requirements that are a bit “non-standard “. I think we had 7revisions of the blueprints and at the end of the day, I received a very functional and beautifully built InTech trailer. "Complete" waste of time - Online and their call system states they are open to noon on Saturday - Wasted a 40 minute drive there and back to find it closed with no ability to even walk around and see the inventory. Called and got a machine. Did not even get a call back during "working hours" - Not impressed.
I worked with Brian to purchase our new Futura trailer. He made it a seamless process. It had to be ordered from California. Once it arrived, they contacted me for delivery. When I got to the dealership, everything was ready. They gave me a short class and we hooked it up. The only thing I wish I knew before hand was the requirement to torque the lug nuts at very specific intervals (10, 25, 50, and 100 miles). I had to make two stops to pickup a torque wrench and 19mm socket & extension, before I made my 100 mile trip home. ... read more
