I have been a tenant of Complete Property Care for almost 4 months and I am very happy with the condition that my apartment is in. The manager is very nice and always available to talk one on one and they give you complete attention which I like a lot.
Terribly unprofessional company. The management are just some kids with no idea what they are doing or no where else to work. They advertised "Freshly refinished floors" that they just dumped poly urethane on and spread out. No sanding or refinishing of any sort. There were puddles of poly urethane dried all over the floor. Maintenance is joke. We waited 8 months on repairs to be made to "health hazard conditions" that included mold and leaking roof in 6 different places. Insulation in a bedroom.
