RecommendedThey did a great job for us! Our A/C thermostat went on the blink, called around and ended up with these guys. The young lady that helped on the phone was very helpful getting us set up, the guy showed up on a time, he was very nice also, and Voila! We were fixed! Reasonable, too!
Truly hated working for this company. Never knew i would run into a company like this. They have no idea what they are doing in this business.
RIP OFF!!! If 0 starts were possible, that's what they would get from me. I will start by saying this company was contracted by my home warranty company. This is the worst company to meet "customer service/ satisfaction as their recording states. I had NOT 1,2,3 BUT six cancellations by them. The resons given were "we didn't get the part in from the "DEALER" or the "WAREHOUSE" sent out the wrong part. Six times? One time it was three times on the same part. All they say is "yea I'm sorry". Individuals have lives and schedule to take the day off to be there as they ask. So unprofessional!!!!
