They are by far the worse company I have ever dealt with. They where contacted by my warranty company last year to install a new HVAC system. took then more then half a dozen trips to figure out the problem and replace the unit. Then only to find out from having a home inspection that their work was not even close to code. They have been out another 6 times and still haven't brought it up to code. Was also without heat in the house for over 2 weeks because of their faulty installation. STAY AWAY!
Wow after reading some reviews I might have to go with someone else. The way things are going now I can expect to be without heat for at least 2 weeks. AWESOME. I Feel bad for my young grandkids that live with me. Ordered some heating blankets for now.
This guys was speeding down River Road and completely cut me off just to get one car in front of me...smh
Absolutely the worse customer experience ever! No communication, no feedback, no assistance to resolve issue. They do home warranty services by collecting the deductible and then ignoring you until you find another provider! BUYER BEWARE!!
