I don’t risk anybody coming to this place. It’s disgusting and the people are horrible. The caregivers don’t know what they’re doing. The director doesn’t care and doesn’t respect anyone and they play in everyone’s face and for ODP guidelines, they shouldn’t be open for business because how disgusting it is and there’s more stuff on top of that how disgusting and disrespectful this company is because they don’t know how to get proper care they treat everybody like crap and that’s sad…..
If you care about your loved one PLEASE do NOT use this agency. I have witnessed leadership turnover multiple times and this time it's the worst. The current director is unreliable and unprofessional. For an agency that is supposed to be trusted to provide services to such a vulnerable population, the lack of commitment, compassion, empathy and reliability is non-existent... RUN!!!
