I have been going to Ormond Medical Arts since 1999. I am now seeing one of the newer doctors. Dr. Newton is great and so happy that I tired her.
I have only kind words for this office & staff. Kristin has always been friendly, informative, professional & nice to me. Mila & Genesis are great! Dr. Shoemaker & Dr. Newton are very thorough & caring. I've recommended this office to several people over the many years I've been coming here. : )
Love Dr. Carpenter and the whole office! Terrece is great too.
For now a 3 I am so frustrated! I have on going kidney infections all I need to do is drop and sample have the confirm and prescribe antibiotics, but for now I have to wait 3 days to see them.....absolutely ridiculous!
