It was a week ago today I painfully walked into Complete Feet in Homewood. I have had plantar fasciitis for about six months. Michael took a look at my new balance shoes - pulled out my dr s inserts - "they do nothing" - and proceeded to customiza a Noat insert (very substantial) with an additional sub layer padding. Well it's been seven days like I said and I'm now walking with no pain. Wish I had gone there six months ago.
