Vaden and Alex did a great job with the install of our egress window and actually finished it in one day. The planning and financing was another story. We were told the special financing wouldn't start until the week before our project and that was a lie. It started an entire month before and on top of that rescheduled twice.

The whole experience was excellent. Starting with Chriss who called to set up the appointment. We signed up online and 3 minutes later she called( we were shocked). She set up the appointment and we did not have to wait long. Then Jonathan called the day before he was scheduled to come and let us know when he was going to be here. The day he came he called to tell us he was on his way. Super nice told us what needed to be done and did not push us on doing anything. We will recommend them to everyone we know.

Overall had a good experience with the company. I needed both basement wall support and outdoor drainage replacement which were done about a month apart from each other. The crew Brett L, Josh B, and Noah Y did a great job with the basement and was able to adapt quickly when we couldn't fit beams in 2 areas but were able to switch to carbon fiber. There was some miscommunication in how the drainage was supposed to be done but we were able to meet with a supervisor that day and reach a resolution.

I didnÂ’t get past the quote stage with this company. The sales rep came to the house and looked at the project I wanted to hire them to do. The sales person had three years experience in this business he said. That may be why I didnÂ’t receive a written estimate or the diagrams that was promised to me or any other communications from the company. I requested to discuss the quote in more detail but have not had any response.....very disappointed All I see are five star ratings!! I mist have done something really wrong.

Our field inspector was Ken Jordan. He walked us through his inspection and answered our questions in a helpful honest manner. I would highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems.
