Having used Ohio Basement Authority services previously, I called them for new sump pump with battery backup! The TEAM of Jeff (first came to give estimate) and Derrick P. alongside Jaylon C. doing removal of old and installing new, was professional, courteous, prompt, and trustworthy in my home! Once again I am 100% satisfied with work accomplished! They are to be commended for excellent service!

I just had my craw space encapsulated and I am fully satisfied with the result, itÂ’s so clean now that we could almost have a picnic there. The inspector was very knowledgeable and gave us confidence to go with this company. The installation crew came on time, was very polite, protected the floors going to the lower level and finished the work as planned. I definitely recommend them.

Taylor H. Came to our home to assess our basement problems. He did a terrific job of explaining what we needed done and how they would go about to fix it. We have not made a total comment yet but at this time OBA is number 1 on our list to do a total repair! THANKS Taylor!!

The OHBasementAuthority team of Thomas ******* Keane ******* Peyton ****** and Caleb **** did an excellent job rerouting our lateral lining pipes to the street. Thomas was very detailed oriented, respectful and professional. He made sure everything was cleaned up after the job was completed and that we were satisfied with their work. We gave a deposit of over $1,000 for encapsulation of our basement crawlspace. FRS gave us the date of the install. They texted the day before, going over their COVID procedures, and phoned the day of to give a time window of 1:00 pm. At 2pm the installer phoned, to say they did not have product to do our job...that hopefully the materials would come in in about three days. This was 8 days ago, and no one is returning our calls.
