Foundation Recovery Systems installed 11 helical piers on the sinking addition to our house. First, our inspector/estimator, Tanner, was very informative, listened well to our concerns, and was easy to communicate with. About six months ago I had some foundation repair done by FSS on my patio. The job looked good when completed but I was given assurance if 1/4 inch or greater deflection occurred the job was guaranteed. The summer was extremely dry and the corners of my patio deflected again. I called for review of the situation & Austin was sent out & confirmed the problem. I hired Mt Valley to do structural work and encapsulation at my home in Appling Ga.
