The professionalism and courtesy of our sales consultant Eddie Figueroa exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process of our lease return and purchase of our new Infiniti. The entire staff from receptionist, management and delivery went above and beyond to provide us a great vehicle shopping experience.
Salesman was cordial but not that knowledgeable about product or finance options and rates. Finance person did not make customer aware of current dealer finance promotion and if not for customer researching rates while waiting for finance person to become available the finance rate offered would’ve been two points higher.
The service was excellent. Cordell was attentive, patient, and honest. He made sure I understood everything about the car before I left the dealership, which I greatly appreciated. Also, I wasn’t pressured into making a decision, and there were no hidden fees.
Excellent dealership! Kind, knowledgeable staff. I have used them for years. Very satisfied! Really enjoying my Q50!
