Bought certified Q50 from Competition last year and key partially stopped working after a year and replacement was quoted $401. The battery was fine it was just the top two buttons, so I felt it was a defective but not covered. Also rep kept recommending tire rotation so when I finally agreed, it never got done but was charged. I knew because I checked tire pressures before and after the rotation and the pressures for front driver was 38 before and after, 32 for back passenger and 34 for the other two. This is by far the nicest dealership, I’ve been to. Very clean and upscale. Coffee/tea and snacks available. Staff is friendly and welcoming, starting with the host. Our salesman Tyler was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We were very unsure of what we wanted. He went back and forth with us until we were happy. Salesman Ariel was great too!
