Patiently ISO a new vehicle. I already had a decent running SUV and was looking for something similar (CR-V, Sante Fe, etc.) and my mileage was getting up there. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Competition. It’s such an easy deal trip to do business with Cordell is an excellent representative for your company.
This is a first rate operation from the receptionist to salesman, manager and financial manager. I've leased several cars from them and will continue to do so.
Overall good experience w the sales and financing dept , all was explained up front at closing
From the first visit that we walked out on because the first salesmen didnt want to be bothered, that should have been the first sign to never come back. However we did and wound up working with a really Nice sales person and did walk away with a qx60. We were told we would have remote start only to find out they did not include it in the vehicle and when we questioned it we were told it would be around $700.
