Samit helped us sell our home in San Jose at zip code 95136 but he was not able to negotiate a good deal with the buyer agent. We wanted to rent our home for a couple of months after selling but he could not negotiate that with the buyer agent and we were forced to live in an apartment with my pregnant wife. Instead of pushing buyer agent he was pushing us to accept the offer without rent. He did not care since it was a small transaction sale for him.
