Fix units, too many problems. Units should be walked by staff before guest arive to ensure no problems
We have stayed at Silver Shells (St Maarten) for around 7 years and have used Compass the last 4 years. Unfortunately our last stay (June 22- July6) was the worst to date. However - the compass employees (in regards to check in and any questions I had while we were there were wonderful). Very attentive and polite. The unit we has M-903 was the problem. It was the most run down 3 bedroom one we have rented. Rust/rotted deck chair collapsed and broke (the type you would sit and eat at the table with), all outside chairs and ta... read more
RecommendedThe Resort staff is great. Love our room at Silver Beach Towers East. My only complaint is the beach chair seating. It should be first come first serve. It is very hard when you have kids and have to sit all the way back in the third row.
Very helpful personnel, particularly Jonathon, cannot recommend this resort enough this year. Clean, well maintained, helpful, in good repair. All round wonderful and I cannot wait to return.

Beautiful views from balcony, living room and master. Great unit (E1101) with plenty of room. The resort and condo was very clean and well maintained. We can't wait to go back.
