We stayed in St. Maarten #1204. Toilets were almost overflowing when flushed. We had to plunge the toilets in master and in guest BR on 2 separate occasions during our stay. Master BR bed mattress hard as a rock. Metal bed frame exposed and I ran into it during the night and gashed my leg. Globe missing on guest bedroom ceiling light. Black stains on ceiling in living room. Remote controls to tv's hard to figure out. 1 changed channel another operated volume. Not worth the money paid, I felt.

The rooms where awesome, easy access to the gulf beach, excellent security features, conveniently located. We loved everything about Silver Shells and plan to return soon. PS the Compass personnel were knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and were truly devoted to providing us the perfect vacation spot.
We just stayed in Destin Towers #133. THE VIEWS!!! This quite possibly may have been the best designed condo for the views, we will come back to stay in this condo or building in the near future. I felt very safe in the building with all of the security codes. My only complaint is that the condo could have been cleaner, floors baseboards and sliding glass doors all needed work. Compass Resort company was great to work with they called before we arrived.
We stayed in Silver Shells St. Croix #704 and it was fantastic. The view was amazing and there was enough comfortable patio furniture for everyone in our party. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The pool is large and also clean. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at Silver Shells (St Croix 802) the last week of August 2018. The unit was very comfortable and clean. The facilities (pools, premise, etc.) were picturesque and found staff to be accessible, friendly, and helpful. Having stayed at many resorts over the years I will say Silver Shells is the best we have experienced. We plan to return in the future!
