RecommendedGreat family vacation spot. Rooms are spacious with full kitchen, washer and dryer. Beach is private and never too busy. close to restaurants and grocery stores

Our stay at Compass Resorts was amazing! We were in the St Croix bldg and enjoyed every minute!!! Our beach and pool view was breathtaking. We didn't want to leave, but like all great vacations, they must come to an end.
Compass Resorts Reservations was awesome and even offered us a LE Public Safety Rate. We stayed at St. Maarten, 204, Destin, FL from 7-3 to 7-11, 2020. On site Guest Service Reps were very kind and worked to get us in our unit early due to a schedule change we had. We were exhausted and greatly appreciated it. They also arranged for us to pay to have the unit an extra day so we could depart later in the evening and not have to be out at 10 AM. It was well worth the extra night rate. Very easy to make reservations. Accommodations are always clean and welcoming! The Beach Club in Gulf Shores and Silver Shells in Destin are fantastic!

We stayed here over 5 years ago, so I thought why not go back. My family of 5 stayed at The Palms of Destin unit 1701 for 1 week. For the money we paid to stay, we were very disappointed. The carpet was smelly, especially by the table where ppl eat! There was water in the hall behind the dishwasher to the point we thought it was leaking. We reported it and they just brought a portable floor fan to dry the rug( noisy and took days to dry) the sofa and chair was also smelly and dirty with stains, the TVs are outdated, the 2nd ... read more
We stayed at Silver Beach Towers from June 13th to June 19th. We loved our condo unit (W1204). The condo was beautiful and clean with a gorgeous view of the beach (and pool) from our balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer was so nice to have. The assigned parking was a plus. I really like the compass but I did have issues when I first arrived to the apartment. I booked an apartment in Destin, Fl. The first day my door’s battery was dead so I had to get the security guard Kevin to let me in my room. I was told by the host the door wont be fixed until the next morning since maintenance man was gone for the day. I asked to be move to another room, but I was told I couldn’t get another room. We snowbirded at a Compass managed apartment at Sterling Shores in Destin for two winters. From the renter's perspective, Compass was always there no matter what the issue, and took care of every need we had. We would happily rent from them again.
